1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions („Terms“) govern the sale of tickets for the international seminar „Nagato Taikai Austria 2026“ (the „Event“) organized by Nagato Taikai Austria GesbR („Organizer“) through the website www.bujinkan-taikai.com (the „Website“). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

  • Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the Website.
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified on the Website.
  • Payment method accepted: Bank transfer to the specified bank account only.
  • Upon successful purchase, the buyer will receive an order confirmation via email. The ticket is only valid after receipt of payment, upon which a payment confirmation will be issued. Attendees must bring this payment confirmation to the event, as the ticket is only valid for the names specified in it.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ticket order at its sole discretion.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 90 days before the Event: 100% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
  • Up to 60 days before the Event: 75% refund.
  • Up to 30 days before the Event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the Event: No refund.
  • If the Event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If the Event is rescheduled, ticket holders may use their existing tickets for the new date or request a refund within [number] days of the announcement.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the ticket holder, such as travel and accommodation expenses.
  • Refund policy for additional purchases: Merchandise items or dinner bookings made in combination with the ticket are only refundable if the entire ticket is canceled. Partial refunds for these items are not possible.
  • Sickness Policy: In case of illness, the standard cancellation policy applies. We strongly recommend attendees take out a seminar cancellation insurance with their personal insurance provider, as many insurance companies offer affordable coverage for seminar-related travel.

4. Event Changes and Force Majeure

  • The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary.
  • In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, or other unforeseeable events), the Organizer may cancel or reschedule the Event without liability.

5. Attendee Responsibilities

  • Attendees must comply with all local laws and venue regulations.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is disruptive or violates the rules of the Event.
  • Ticket holders must provide valid identification upon request.

6. Merchandise and Additional Services

  • Merchandise and dinner bookings are offered as additional options to the seminar ticket.
  • Purchased merchandise items will not be shipped. They will be distributed at the event upon presentation of the payment confirmation.
  • The dinner event is not included in the ticket price and must be booked separately.
  • The catering company is responsible for food allergies and intolerances. Attendees must contact the catering service directly for specific dietary concerns.
  • All materials presented at the Event, including slides, recordings, and documents, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the Organizer’s written permission.
  • By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. The Organizer may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the Event.
  • Participants fully acknowledge the risks involved in physical activities at the seminar. The Organizer and guest instructors cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur.
  • The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the content, speakers, or outcomes of the Event.
  • The Organizer assumes no responsibility for third-party services, such as accommodations and transportation. Attendees must book these independently and at their own risk.

9. Ticket Transfer Policy

  • Ticket transfers to another person are allowed if the original buyer notifies the Organizer in advance.

10. Privacy Policy

The Organizer will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Website and email notifications to ticket holders.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kufstein / Austria.
